Advanced character rigs
Over the years I’ve had the chance to rig some amazing and unique characters with a strong focus on usability by the animation team and staying true to the design teams vision integrating complex systems in a way that’s clear to use and easy to gets to grips with.
Integration of Master Controllers.
I’m a big fan of Harmonies master controllers, I believe they can be a huge time saver. In my tests I’ve used them for eye and face positions, lip sync and adjusting Z-Depth or character limbs. I really enjoy finding new ways to integrate these to hasten workflow and come up with some creative solutions.
Advanced props and unusual characters
As well as typical humanoid characters I’ve also had experience making complex props and unusual beasts such as vehicles, robots and monsters of all sorts as well as props that require a lot of actions and views and manipulable background elements from Photoshop elements.
Traditional art
While rigging is my focus I’ve also gained a good sense of traditional art skills that have helped me along the way not only in rigging but also as a free lance illustrator.
